Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project Barrel #72 is a limited experimental Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey released in Round Three of the series. Crafted using rye mashbill bourbon filled at 125 entry proof into an American oak barrel (#4 char, 12 months stave seasoning, average grain wood from the bottom half of the tree) and aged in concrete ricks warehouses.
