Nose
Very gentle and delicate with notes of honey, leather and damp oak, luscious chocolate and dark caramel influence. Complex with strawberry, maraschino liqueur, red apple, soy sauce, and rancio.
Palate
Hints of peat and old wood, burnt caramel, plums, tobacco leaves and ground coffee beans. A distinct note of triple sec, some nice spices and a whiff of furniture polish. Quite full-bodied.
