Nose
Cosmic barley fields, galactic stem ginger, clusters of lavender honey, pulsar of lemon zest and brown bread nebula. Fruity, with some Bunna salinity coming through. Apples, apricots, and graham crackers. Brown sugar sweetness, almond brittle, cocoa, and bready notes.
Palate
Orbital barley sugars, ginger eclipse, lemon juice pulsars, hot chilli rocket fuel, honey starburst, solar salt and pepper. Fruit again, with more pastry richness. Pound cake with a lemon glaze. Apples, apricots, and oranges. Old furniture. Thick and oily mouthfeel. Honey, clover, fresh herbs, apples, whole wheat bread with butter, and a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish
Milk chocolate supernova, pink grapefruit dwarf and a cereal flyby. Apples, cake, apricots and cream. Some salted butterscotch. Old, but not excessively oaky. Medium long finish. Nutty, sea salt, pepper, and clove.
