Peat and vanilla, creosote, dried herbs, harbour rope, sweet biscuits and orchard fruit. Crisp and lively sweet peat, with herbal hay, dry smoke and burning grass.
Palate
Sweet and smoky, lemon, salt and pepper. Beneath there's oak and malt and hints of sand dune. Light, malty and sweet, developing into smoky white pepper and seaweed saltiness. Full, with very sweet peat, pipe tobacco, citrus fruit and ginger; a sprinkling of salt.
Finish
More sweet smoke and citrus. Lingering dry smokiness with seaweed and spice. Medium in length, sweet and salty.
