Nose
Sherry aromas mingle with orange marmalade, dried fruit, subtle spices, and creamy vanilla toffee. Notes of clove-studded orange, butterscotch, and nutmeg are also present.
Palate
Deliciously smooth and creamy, with a gentle warming cinnamon spice maturing into flavours of chewy dates, stewed plums, and walnut undertones. Hints of cinnamon, drying barley, hops, yellow plum, sultana, vanilla, and caramel.
Finish
Smooth milk chocolate with lingering dried fruit and hints of nuts. Caramelised nuts and spiced stewed fruit (plum) combine with nutty milk chocolate.
