- Thick billows of peat smoke collide with oily rags and hot metal, underlaid by brandy-soaked raisins, dark chocolate, balsamic-glazed figs, smoked sea salt, and leather.

- Massive and viscous with charred oak, espresso beans, and black treacle, earthy soot-like peat smoke, softening into spiced plum jam, cinnamon sticks, and salted caramel.
- Finish
- Extremely long and warming with cold ash, drying European oak tannins, dark cocoa, walnuts, and maritime brine.
