Description

Bunnahabhain's annual New Acquaintance series rounds off the year. This 32 Years Old New Acquaintance Double Wood 2022 Release is a marriage of a 36-year-old whisky originally aged in Oloroso sherry and finished in Canasta casks, and a 32-year-old whisky finished for 6 years in virgin oak. The sherry casks bring a delicious sweetness with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and treacle toffee, while the virgin oak casks balance it out with a spicy touch of toasted oak and cloves. It is presented in a beautiful faux leather case. One of 318 bottles.
