This Bunnahabhain Pedro Ximénez Finish is a Limited Release single malt whisky, distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2017 at 14 years old. It was matured in 2nd Fill Sherry Casks with a 3-year Pedro Ximénez finish and bottled at cask strength (54.3% ABV). There are 6768 bottles in this release, from Warehouse No. 8. It is non-chill filtered to preserve natural colour and flavour.
