A nice Islay nose with iodine, seaweed and citrus.
Palate
The palate is warm with oily notes, sweet peat, coffee and salted caramel.
Finish
The finish has lots of salted liquorice with a long, dry, peppery spice. Very well balanced for 7 years in the cask. Nice winter warmer! Cheers
