- Bright and fresh with notes of honey, dried figs, honeycomb, walnut, cinnamon, stewed stone fruit, oaky vanilla, apricot compote, spicy fruit cake, red apples, and a hint of peach.
- Palate
- Silky and rounded with flavours of sultanas, baked apples, soft vanilla oak, sweet malt, mocha, dried apricot, toasty oak, sherry sweetness, sun-dried raisins, warm clove, toasted marzipan, nuts, and a prominent peach note.
- Finish
- Crisp and extremely long with subtle notes of oak and fruit, baking spices, lingering fruitcake, dark chocolate bitterness, raisins, figs, and subtle seedy and celery notes.
