Bushmills 1608 400th Anniversary Edition is a special release from Bushmills, crafted to celebrate 400 years of the original license to distill granted in the Bushmills area in 1608. This blended Irish whiskey incorporates crystal malt, which lends a rich, velvety texture and unique sweetness. It is matured in both bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV. It was released in 2008 and is noted for its high malt content for a blend.
