Description

This is a distinguished single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills' Causeway Collection, released in 2021. Distilled in 1991, this 30-year-old expression was initially aged for over 13 years in a combination of oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. It then underwent an additional 15 years of maturation in first-fill Madeira wine casks. Limited to just 738 bottles, it was bottled at a cask strength of 50.2% ABV and is non-chill filtered. This particular release was exclusive to The Whisky Shop in the UK.
