This Bushmills Single Malt Irish Whiskey was distilled in 2001, matured first in Bourbon barrels, and then finished in a Feuillette Cask. Bottled in 2020 at cask strength, it is non-chill filtered with no added colour. This single cask release was exclusively bottled for The Whisky Shop.

Nose
tart summer berries and a dash of oak wood. It is fruity, with a dark edge and a lovely earthy aroma.
Palate
rich and elegant. Dark cherries, plums and more summer berries give it a sweet note. Marzipan with lots of red wine notes and oak wood also appears. The wood is well developed and has notes of vanilla and caramel.

full of sweet fruits and oak.
