Description

The Cabinet Barrel Proof (2023 Release) is a curated blend of straight American whiskeys by Proof & Wood Ventures. Distilled in Indiana (MGP) and bottled in Stanford, Kentucky, this limited release brings together barrels of straight rye (distilled in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 with a 95% rye / 5% barley mashbill) and straight bourbon (distilled in 2016 and 2017 with 99% corn and 75% corn mashbills), aged between 5 and 9 years and bottled uncut at 112.52 proof.
