Deep and syrupy with notes of honey-soaked raisin, gingerbread, clove-studded orange, chocolate fudge, and pineapple syrup. Rich with dried cherries, blueberries, and maple sugar.
Palate
Syrupy and thick texture with candied red fruit, blood oranges, various jams, and sugary syrups. Notes of rooibos tea, cloves, thick honey, warm oak, spicy ginger, coffee cake, toasted almonds, pecan pie, and dried berries.
Finish
Medium-long and spiced with red fruit, chocolate truffles, chocolate orange, honey, candied ginger, and warm cinnamon buns. Earthy and oaky with notes of maple sugar, mint, thyme, and black tea.
