Victoria sponge cake, corn syrup, and orange Quality Street chocolates.
Palate
baklava, rosewater, icing sugar, mandarin, milk chocolate, and toffee. A little bit raw and spirit-y, but that disappears with a few drops of water and more creaminess comes out.
Finish
medium in length, with notes of pecan pie, burnt sugar, and cappuccino froth.
