Description

Caol Ila 18 Years Old 2000s is a classic Islay single malt from Caol Ila. The distillery produces an elegantly balanced spirit that combines unmistakable Islay peatiness with sublime drinkability. The single malt is mellow, golden and sweetly smoky, evoking the sun sinking low over the dying embers of a beach bonfire, as day gently fades into the darkness of the closing night. Full-bodied and intense, this rare whisky has the spicy, sea-air aromas and smoky-dry, pepper flavours of a mature, expressive Islay malt. This older bottling from the 2000s is presented in a black box.
