Nose
Harmonious blend of smoky and earthy aromas with a coastal influence, citrus juices, lobster traps, fisherman's rope, bacon fat, pancake batter, dry leaves, melon slices, grapefruit.
Palate
Symphony of flavors with prominent smokiness, subtle oak, and a hint of sweetness, chalky, sweet melon and pineapple juice, dry peat smoke like burning leaves on a cold day, bbq banana, some clementine, slightly floral.
Finish
Long and satisfying with lingering peat smoke, gentle oak, and maritime salinity, with the smokiness that builds.
