Description

Bedford Park is an independent bottler focused on searching out and sharing excellent spirits. This 16-year-old single malt from the Caol Ila Distillery was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2025. It was fully matured in a first-fill Palo Cortado Sherry Hogshead, cask number 313777, yielding 163 bottles at a cask strength of 53.5% ABV. This release is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. The label, designed by Toronto-based artist James Tuer, features a reimagining of the maple leaf, reflecting a commitment to the Canadian market.
