A distillery-bottled single cask release of Caol Ila single malt distilled on 8th February 2000 and matured in single Bodega Sherry cask #301696. Hand selected by distillery manager Billy Stitchell, it was bottled at natural cask strength of 64.3% ABV as a 'Special Festival Edition' for Fèis Ìle 2011 in a limited run of 600 bottles.
