Estery, almost Jamaica rum style nose. Charred lemon and lime, bitter orange and a seaside bonfire. A wonderfully expressive nose, that explodes out of the glass. Burning sage. A milk chocolate note at the end of the nose.
Palate
Zingy, refreshing smoke and zesty lemon notes, followed by blackberries, a delicate heavily toasted oak note.
Finish
Dark chocolate.
