Description

This is a 12-year-old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Caol Ila distillery, independently bottled by Spiritfilled as part of their Mythical Beasts series. It was finished in a single Pedro Ximénez Sherry hogshead using a special 'New Era Of Cask (NEOC)' process. Bottled at cask strength of 56.3% ABV, it is natural color and non-chill filtered, with an outturn of 260 bottles.
