Lemon peel, rock pools, vanilla, garden herbs, and a hint of liquorice. Damp leaves coupled with a warming, earthy style plus smoke.
Palate
Oily and sweet with custard, ginger, and lots of maritime smoky elements. Medicinal/Islay character gives way to a caramel sweetness.
Finish
Full of smoke and creamy sweetness. Sweet meets smoke - long and lingering with just a touch of seaweed.
