Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits, was established in 2016 by Iain Croucher. They are dedicated to unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm, meticulously curating casks and spirits. The Periodical series, presented in old-style apothecary flask-type bottles, is North Star's solution for bottling smaller outturns from partially full casks, typically in 50cl bottles at 50% ABV.
