Description

This Feis Ile offering from Caol Ila was aged in a combination of refill American oak hogsheads and rejuvinated oak butts. The casks were the first to be selected for a Feis Ile bottling by Pierrick Guillaume, Caol Ila's new Distillery Manager at the time, and the last that will be blended by Master Blender, Keith Law, who retired that summer. By volume the largest single malt producer on the isle of Islay.
