Platinum Cask was established by the team behind Fah Mai Holdings in 2017 as an extension of their Rare Whisky Collection. The Fah Mai Rare Whisky Collection is a collection of rare and collectible single malt whisky, some of which is made up of ageing whisky still in its cask. This part of the collection is handled by Platinum Cask. The Olympians Series from Platinum Cask is a limited release set of 12 single cask bottlings, with Vulcan being the third bottling in this series.
