Nose
Candied lemons and aromatic oak are joined by grilled stone fruits and cloves, while waves of coastal smoke, chocolate hazelnuts, and earthy malt rest beneath. Smoked tea, varnished oak, coastal peat, lemon candy, praline, cloves, plums.
Palate
Dense peat smoke and sticky, jammy fruit, meaty barley, coffee grounds, and a touch of anise. Thick and sticky, strong maritime smoke, dark cherry jam, black coffee, eucalyptus, leather, medicinal aromas, teriyaki biltong.
Finish
Smoke lingers with notes of black tea, stewed plums, and woody spice. Long and spicy, liquorice, tobacco leaves, espresso, toasted oak, fading fruit notes.
