Description

A Speyside distillery originally built as an expansion for Glen Grant and known for many years simply as Glen Grant No.2. Despite obtaining its own identity in 1965, it was mostly operated for the provision of malt to blended Scotch brands and was eventually closed by Pernod Ricard in 2002. Established in 1936, Duncan Taylor is a historic Scotch whisky company. A cask broker and independent bottler, its brands include the Dimensions, The Octave and Rare Auld single casks, and the blended Scotch labels such as Black Bull and The Big Smoke. This Caperdonich 1969 Lonach 39 Year Old is part of the Lonach Collection, bottled by Duncan Taylor.
