Nose
Good body, decent sweetness, richness. Streaks of smoke, apple peels, bruised pears. Honey sweetness, malt, fruits with hints of vanilla. A soft, smooth nose that hints at a great experience.
Palate
Smooth, rounded, gentle sweetness, soft peat. A little smoke whispers sweet nothings. Cinnamon, brine, pear, smoke, green apple. Toasted dry oak, ripe pears, honey, toffee apples and pepper with faint hints of vanilla. Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect.
Finish
Long, dry smoke, malty touch of peat. Smoke, pear, honey. Dry oak with honey and pepper finish. Lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.
