A 37.5cl bottle of The Cardrona Family Reserve Single Malt Whisky from New Zealand. This was distilled on 24 July 2016, matured in an ex-bourbon cask and bottled at a natural cask strength of 66.1% ABV on 16 August 2023. This is bottle number 197, bottled from cask number 237. The Cardrona Distillery is located in the picturesque Cardrona Valley in the South Island of New Zealand, crafting spirits from New Zealand malted barley from the Canterbury plains. The distillery uses a 70-hour fermentation process.
