Fragrant and delicate with sweet aromas of maple syrup, icing sugar, maraschino cocktail cherry, orange oil, earthy and baking spices, waxy apple skins, and fresh cut grass.
Palate
Immediately more savory and woody, with deep earthy notes, robust cereals, dusty, warming spices (cinnamon, all-spice, white pepper), charred oak, burnt cookies, bittersweet grains, maple syrup, honey, milk chocolate, sugared almonds, maraschino cocktail cherry, kirsch, vanilla, coconut, clove, menthol, and cocoa powder.
Finish
Drying, gripping, and of decent length, with sweet maple syrup and icing sugar notes fading to earthy and woody savory cereals and spices. Also notes of vanilla, cocoa, pronounced rye, spice, young oak, cinnamon, orange zest, gingerbread, sour cream, and raspberry.
