Description

An experimental pilot distillery operated by Halewood Artisanal Spirits between 2018 and 2019, Chain Pier Distillery was set up in 2019 as a pre-cursor to the Bonnington Distillery in Edinburgh, marking the first whisky distillation in Edinburgh in over 100 years. The distillery created 39 casks before it was shut down.
