Nose
Somewhat shy at first, with an autumnal style featuring wet leaves, cinnamon, and coconut. Rich and somewhat maritime wood smoke provides depth. Over time, earthy vanilla and fresh herbs emerge.
Palate
Very rich and full-bodied, remarkably drinkable at 62.5% ABV. Flavors of honey, dry wood smoke, cinnamon, and dried ginger create a harmonious blend.
Finish
Medium-long, becoming progressively drier. Wood smoke evolves into soot and cold ashes, yet retains a fruity character with assorted spices subtly in the background.
