Calm, centered and balanced. Rich sweetness, red berries, hints of rowan berries. Figs, plums and mild notes of raisins. Caramel pudding. Delightful sherry notes.
Palate
Very rich and full-bodied. Sherry sweetness. Dried fruits and notes of black pepper. Plums and raisins. Some lovely honey sweetness. Tobacco and leather. Hints of fresh lemon.
Finish
Medium to long finish. The sweetness now has fruity, sugary top notes as well. The rich sherry notes remain throughout. Dark honey notes with a green tint. Hints of lemongrass. Hints of lemon and caramel. Anise and blueberries.
