Nose
Delicate and harmonious, with elegant peat blending with white fruits (pear, apple), aromatic plants (sage, tarragon), green almond, vanilla, and herbaceous notes like freshly cut hay. [2, 20]
Palate
Lively and harmonious, dominated by oily peat, followed by green notes evoking barley fields, lemony and fruity flavors (Williams pear), refreshing menthol, and exotic notes (pineapple, green banana). [2, 20]
Finish
Long and subtle, a perfect fusion of nose and palate aromas, reminiscent of lime and basil tart, evolving into barley sugar, agave honey, coconut milk, with licorice and chocolate accents from the peat. [2, 20]
