Chichibu 7 Years Old LMDW New Vibrations 2015 Cask #4701 is a heavily peated single malt from the Chichibu distillery in Japan, released specially for La Maison du Whisky's 2023 collection New Vibrations. very powerful, truly on mercurochrome and wet chalk. With water: even more wet chalk, peelings from garden fruits, a lot of iodine, inhalations (eucalyptus), virgin wool, new sweater, tweed, plus some touches of palm heart.
Palate
hefty, salty, peppery, and on pear candies. Water is necessary.
Finish
long, a bit more tropical, with more citrus and especially a lot of ash.
