Clean and bright with buttered biscuit, honeycomb, dried stone fruit, orange rind, Spring honey, and rye spice.
Palate
Exceptionally smooth and mellow with flavours of sweet and juicy citrus orange, creamy milk chocolate and a dusting of cinnamon. Even and gentle with buttered pancake flavor, vanilla, white pepper, and sea salt.
Finish
Medium, with notes of vanilla, rye spice, orange, and a hint of barrel char. A very small trace of rye.
