An interesting technical look at young English grain spirit. At 55.1% ABV, the ethanol integration is surprisingly stable for only three years of maturation. The cereal notes are front and center, showing off the raw material quality before the bourbon cask completely takes over. It's a clean, grain-forward profile that highlights the efficiency of their fermentation and distillation process in Bristol.
