Description

This Cley Whisky Malt & Rye is a Dutch whisky produced by Cley Distillery in Rotterdam. It is made from malted barley and rye, co-fermented and triple distilled. Matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks, often from Jack Daniels, Heaven Hill or Woodford, and then finished for at least six months in new American oak quarter casks. This is a single cask bottling, Cask No. 114, bottled in 2020 at 58% ABV.

Palate
