Description

An Irish distillery, located in County Cork on the Atlantic coast and founded in 2019 by the Scully family. The distillery is self-sufficient in barley from the Scully's own farm, and produces single pot still Irish whiskey and gin. This inaugural release is limited to 460 bottles and is bottled at 52% ABV, containing triple-distilled 2019 spirit. It is matured in Ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, presenting flavours of sweet vanilla, kiwi, caramelised pear, and dark chocolate.
