Clynelish 14 Year Old is a superb single malt from the Highland region of Scotland, part of Diageo's Classic Malts range. The current distillery was built in 1967, succeeding the original 1819 distillery. This expression is known for its distinctive waxy character, often attributed to the unique stills and production process. It offers a complex and balanced flavor profile, balancing coastal and floral notes with hints of fruit, oak, vanilla, and a subtle brininess. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is considered a well-rounded and approachable single malt.
