Nose
A light and fresh nose! Lemon juice and cream. Actually it smells like lemon mousse. Wax and green apples, which is quite typical for Clynelish.
Palate
The taste is light, fresh and fruity! Ginger and apples dominate on the palate. Some pears as well.
Finish
In the finish the wax appears again, like it feels on the skin of green apples. Salty and slightly acidic. Lemon gives it a fresh finish.
