Nose
Fine and dynamic. Clynelish's trademark salty, saline character, cut hay, green barley and vanilla. Candied lemon, slightly medicinal (clove, mustard seed) and mentholated.
Palate
Distinguished, slender. Saline, herbaceous and mentholated. Vanilla and exotic (pineapple) notes. Malty and spicy (ginger, liquorice). Fresh fruits (Williams pear, greengage plum).
Finish
Long, strong-willed. Vanilla pods, dill and black pepper. Gradually chocolatey, roasted (coffee) and vegetal (green tea). Profoundly malty, saline and lemony character.
