Nose
The round, waxy profile with plenty of fruits including honeydew, stewed banana, tangerines, and lime with some floral honey. Beeswax and pollen, soft peppery notes, fresh herbs, and a whiff of smoke. Sweet and waxy with rich dry oak and herbal aromas, soft ripe banana and honey, hints of fresh cut grass and late summer season hay bales, rich citrus and mellow smoke.
Palate
Exuberant fruits like apricots, quinces, and citrus peel. Quite jammy, honeyed, with a superb waxy texture. Hints of almonds, wood spice, and a slightly salty, even peaty edge. Rich fruits, citrus, soft ripe pears with rich spiced apple and dark chocolate, quince, rich and smooth honey notes, dry oak spices and hints of cloves, crushed almonds and hints of late foam, salted caramel.
Finish
Long, slightly drier and nuttier, always waxy with hints of orange peels and oak. A long waxy and fruity finish.
