Nose
Stunning citrus, waxes, earths and polishes. Huge quinces, oranges, citrons, pink grapefruits, beeswax, hand cream, vanilla pods, putty, marzipan. Sweet, ripe bananas, green apples, Granny Smith apples, caramel, vanilla, fresh-cut ripe plums, honey.
Palate
Drying at first, with tea and oak, then waxes, citrus, and cakes. Oily mouthfeel. Oranges, tangerines, elderberries, quinces, guavas, sweeter apples, a tiny touch of salt and umami sauce. Heavy, viscous mouthfeel. Intensely sweet, floral, aromatic, baked apple pie, waxy, deep tropical. Rancio notes. Gentle ginger.
Finish
Quite some salt and honey. Long, with tropical fragrance, fading ginger, baked apple pie, light banana, honey, and waxiness.
