Nose
Quite rich with a fruity character, tartness with citric acidity and racy zestiness. Notes of walnut, fragrant wood oils, hints of various conserves, dried fruits, and chewy sultanas. Sweet and creamy with malty notes.
Palate
Medium-body with a silken delivery. Sherry seeps into dried fruits, gentle smoke rises gracefully, and a barley sweetness emerges. Sweet and herbal with Sherry influences.
Finish
Good length with a hint of fruity warmth. Dry.
