Description

The fifth release of Compass Box's Flaming Heart series, this 15th Anniversary Edition was released in 2015. It is a blended malt Scotch whisky that combines peaty smokiness with rich, complex spice from new French oak aging. The blend includes 38.5% 14-year-old Caol Ila, 27.1% 30-year-old Caol Ila, 24.1% 20-year-old Clynelish, and 10.3% 7-year-old blended malt from Clynelish, Teaninich, and Dailuaine, matured in American and French oak casks.
