at the beginning there is clearly the sweetness of ripe stone fruit, with heather honey and ground cinnamon - above all elegant peat smoke, aromas of wax and polished oak.
Palate
strong notes of red Boskoop apples and coconut cream , with a little vanilla - above all slightly salty smoky notes.
Finish
very long in the finish - now getting spicier with lots of oak and the peat smoke again - with a dash of honey.
