Description

This is a limited edition revival of the popular Juveniles blended malt, one of 14894 bottles released in 2018. Adorned with a bell suspended from the punt. Created for Juveniles Bistrot à Vins in Paris, this blend comprises single malt whiskies from four distilleries: Glendullan, Clynelish, Balmenach, and Strathmill. It was created to be bright, smooth, and not smoky, with an assemblage perhaps between 12 and 15 years old.

Nose
Very fragrant with lots of pear, honey, almonds, honeysuckle, vanilla, sugar paste. Herbaceous background profile of freshly cut grass with waxy touches.
Palate
Oily, with vanilla, pears, plums, ginger biscuits, honey, lemon zest, almonds, and a tantalising peppery edge. Tart peach, green apples, lemons and a hint of pepper.
Finish
Not very long and slightly spicy with vanilla, green apple, almonds, wax. Fruity sweetness and grassy oak.
