Compass Box Secrets of Smoke is a limited edition blended malt Scotch whisky that aims to reveal the inherent sweetness within peated malts. It is crafted from a blend of whiskies from distilleries such as Caol Ila, Laphroaig, Ardmore, and Bowmore, along with Compass Box's own Peat Monster blend. The whiskies are matured in a unique combination of casks, including Palo Cortado sherry-seasoned butts, Marsala wine barriques, and red wine casks, which contribute to its complex and layered profile. Bottled at 52% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural color. This release is limited to 9,792 bottles worldwide and was released in 2024.
